Evening light on stone. A window open to the garden. The passage from one room to the next.
We care about the quiet moments when architecture makes itself felt: the balance of a room, a view into the garden, a place to gather or retreat.
Paul Gzella has been an architect since 1982 and has run his own practice in Luxembourg since 2002. He follows every project himself, from the first conversation to handover.

Une maison se ressent.
Sa construction se maîtrise.A home you feel.
A build you can trust.

AnticiperAnticipating
Design choices and technical details are worked out early, to limit changes once building is under way.
- 02
We review contractors' tenders: what is included, what is missing, and which companies suit the project.
- 03
CoordonnerCoordinating
The sequence of work is planned to limit downtime, delays and prolonged equipment hire.

Veiller au budgetKeeping costs in view
Alternatives are studied early, to weigh their effect on cost, use and the quality of the project.
Every project looks for its own balance between a place and the people who live in it.
