Paul Gzella est architecte, inscrit à l'Ordre des Architectes et des Ingénieurs-Conseils (OAI). Il suit chaque projet lui-même, avec une petite équipe de dessinateurs expérimentés, du premier plan au dernier détail de chantier.Paul Gzella is an architect registered with the Luxembourg Order of Architects and Consulting Engineers (OAI). He follows every project himself, with a small team of experienced draughtspeople, from the first plan to the last site detail.

Villas et maisons individuelles, résidences, quartiers entiers et transformations. Nous travaillons pour des particuliers comme pour des promoteurs et des propriétaires fonciers, dans tout le pays.Villas and individual homes, apartment buildings, entire neighbourhoods and transformations. We work for private clients as well as developers and landowners across the country.

Transformations et rénovations : extensions, rénovations énergétiques et réaménagements intérieurs, avec un accompagnement dans les démarches d'aides. Nous nous occupons de l'autorisation de bâtir.Transformations and renovations: extensions, energy-efficiency upgrades and interior remodelling, with support through the subsidy process. We take care of the building permit.

Nous établissons aussi le cadastre vertical des immeubles en copropriété, restaurons des bâtiments anciens et patrimoniaux, et concevons l'aménagement intérieur de nos projets.We also prepare the vertical cadastre for apartment buildings in co-ownership, restore older and heritage buildings, and design the interiors of our projects.

   Élaboration du budget en collaboration directe avec le propriétaire.The budget, drawn up in direct collaboration with the owner.

4. Autorisation de bâtirBuilding permit

   Le dossier complet, déposé et suivi auprès de la commune.The full application, filed and followed up with the commune.

5. Projet d'exécutionConstruction documents

   Plans détaillés, cahiers des charges, appels d'offres.Detailed drawings, specifications, tenders.

6. Direction des travauxSite supervision

   Le suivi du chantier et la conduite des entreprises.Site supervision and coordination of contractors.

7. RéceptionHandover

Études d'architecture à la University of Detroit (Michigan, États-Unis), puis diplôme d'architecte de l'Université catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain, Belgique), avec distinction.Studied architecture at the University of Detroit (Michigan, USA), then graduated as an architect from the Université catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain, Belgium) with distinction.

Architecte depuis 1982, il exerce d'abord en Belgique, puis au Luxembourg à partir de 1997, où il participe à la réhabilitation d'un bâtiment de la Spuerkeess (BCEE), à l'angle de l'avenue de la Liberté et de la rue Goethe, à Luxembourg-Ville.An architect since 1982, he first practised in Belgium, then in Luxembourg from 1997, where he took part in the refurbishment and rehabilitation of a Spuerkeess (BCEE) building at the corner of avenue de la Liberté and rue Goethe, Luxembourg City.

Le bureau est fondé en 2002. Il travaille avec Stugalux, une collaboration qui s'est poursuivie depuis, avec notamment le quartier Pescher IV à Strassen. Le bureau a également mené de nombreux projets pour des banques, dont Crédit Agricole Indosuez Luxembourg (CAIL), Fastnet, CACEIS, Banca del Gottardo et Banca Intesa, ainsi que pour des clients particuliers.The practice was founded in 2002. He works with Stugalux, a collaboration that has continued ever since, including the Pescher IV neighbourhood in Strassen.
